If you are not satisfied with our product, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it.
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we only accept back unused items, and in the same condition, you received them.
The item should be unopened and in the original packaging. We won’t accept returns on certain products that are not suitable for returns for above mentioned hygiene reasons. These items are:
- Tootpaste and make-up
- Samples of any sort
- Sanitary products

Once we receive a complaint or a request for a refund due to alteration of packaging, we will get back to you asap to check any request details if any, and arrange with you the return of the item(s).
We’ll also inform you of the status of your refund application. Once the application is approved, we will process the total cost of the items and issue a refund for the payment method used in the original purchase transaction.
Note: Delivery fee is included in the total refund amount.
